Flooring in Indianapolis
New floors change how a whole house feels underfoot. Whether that's luxury vinyl plank that shrugs off dogs and spills, tile in the kitchen, or real hardwood — the difference between a floor that lasts and one that creaks is in the prep you never see.
Flooring is priced by the square foot, so an exact number needs real measurements. But photos plus your rough room sizes get you an honest estimate to plan around.
Free estimate from photos, then a $60 on-site measure before the final number.

How pricing works for flooring
Flooring prices by the square foot — material plus prep plus installation. Photos and rough room sizes get you a free estimate. Before we order material we do a $60 on-site measure, because subfloor condition (sags, moisture, old layers that need to come up) is what actually moves a flooring price, and we check it in person rather than guess.
Every range comes with the why behind it — and the final quote always comes before the work starts, never after.
Honest answers, upfront
The questions people actually ask on the first call.
Which floor should I pick?
Depends on the room and how you live. LVP handles water, pets, and kids better than anything near its price. Tile wins wet areas. Hardwood is the premium feel but wants gentler treatment. We'll lay out the real trade-offs, not push the expensive one.
Why do you need to measure if I already know my square footage?
Your number is usually close! The measure visit is less about area and more about what's under the old floor — sagging spots, moisture, uneven slab. Those decide the prep work, and prep is where flooring budgets blow up when nobody checked.
