Healthy HomeConstruction · Indianapolis

Hi, I'm David. It's my name on the work.

Healthy Home Construction isn't a franchise or a call center. It's me — a contractor here in Indianapolis — doing windows, doors, floors, kitchens, baths, and the repairs in between, and managing trusted specialist crews for roofs and paint.

When you send photos, I'm the one reading them. When the phone rings back, it's me. And when it's time to do the work, the person at your door is the person you've been talking to the whole time.

Why “nothing to hide” is the whole business plan

This industry earned its reputation. Big brands coin fancy product names for ordinary materials, won't say a price without a salesperson on your couch, and send a different stranger to your door at every step. People expect to get burned — and too often, they're right.

I run the opposite play. I'll tell you what's actually wrong, what your options really are — including the cheaper ones — and what each piece costs. If a brand calls it a “revolutionary system,” I'll tell you it's acrylic and explain when that's fine and when it isn't. By the end of a project, you should understand your house almost as well as I do.

  • Communication first

You'll hear from me more than the industry standard — before, during, and after the job. No going dark between the quote and the work day.

  • Craft over speed

Houses are crooked; good work makes them look straight anyway. That finesse is what you're actually paying for.

  • A connection, not a transaction

The goal is that when you write the check, you're still happy — and you know exactly who to call for the next project.

What working with me looks like

No mystery, no pressure — the same four beats on every job, big or small.

  1. 1

You tell me about the job

A minute of taps on the estimate form — or just call. Photos are gold: a wide shot and a close-up beat a thousand words.

  2. 2

I call you back with a real answer

At a time you picked. If photos allow it, you get a free estimate on that call, with the why behind the numbers.

  3. 3

    Big jobs: I come measure

A $60 on-site measure (paid at the visit) turns the range into a real quote for measured work like floors, kitchens, and baths.

  4. 4

The work gets done — and stays done

Clean work, honest updates, and if anything's off afterward, I come back and make it right.

Got a project in mind? Show me.

Photos in, honest estimate out. It costs nothing to find out where you stand.
